What's the problem?
Chris Farrell planned to launch its official store in Taiwan in mid-September. Analytical data from the previous website showed users struggled to navigate smoothly, and the design felt outdated. The cluttered layout failed to reflect the brand’s sophistication, with weak hierarchy and contrast made it hard to guide attention or strengthen brand presence.
