Chris Farrell planned to launch its official store in Taiwan in mid-September. Analytical data from the previous website showed users struggled to navigate smoothly, and the design felt outdated. The cluttered layout failed to reflect the brand’s sophistication, with weak hierarchy and contrast made it hard to guide attention or strengthen brand presence.

The redesign simplified pathways, improved hierarchy, and elevated brand presence, creating a smoother experience. We introduced new features to improve the shopping experience, including a fast checkout flow that lets users complete purchases more quickly, a cart preview that allows them to view their items without being redirected to another page, and a product search function that highlights top sellers to make discovering popular items easier and more accessible.
